Credit card payments

If you're making a payment on our site, whether it's for advertising or other services, here's what you're agreeing to:

• You confirm that you're authorized to use the credit card or payment method you provide, and all the details (like your name, address, and card info) are accurate.
• By completing the transaction, you're allowing us to charge your card for the agreed amount.
• You'll receive an email confirmation of your payment. If there's any issue with the transaction, feel free to contact us.

1. Ownership of User Content

When you upload or submit any form of content to our website—whether it's text, images, videos, or audio (collectively referred to as 'your content')—you retain full ownership of that content. However, by posting your content on our platform, you grant us certain rights so we can display, manage, and promote it in connection with the services we offer.

This means that while you own your content, you also agree to give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to:

• Display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content on our website and any related services (such as in promotional materials).
• Sub-license these rights to other partners or affiliates we work with to help promote or manage our website.
• Modify or edit your content as necessary, such as resizing images or adjusting formats to improve the user experience or comply with our guidelines.

Please note that while we take steps to protect the integrity and proper use of your content, by sharing it, you acknowledge that these rights are necessary for us to maintain a functional and user-friendly platform.

2. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

To ensure our platform remains professional, safe, and compliant with applicable laws, there are some restrictions on the type of content you can upload. By submitting your content, you agree that it:

• Must be lawful: Your content must not infringe any third-party legal rights or contain any material that is illegal or harmful. This includes copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use, defamatory statements, or any content that could be considered offensive or abusive.
• Must not contain misleading information: Users should not upload fake or altered photos that misrepresent their identity. In cases where fake images or false information are found, the account and content may be immediately removed without notice.
• Must not show explicit nudity or sexual content: While the nature of the platform allows adult content, we do not allow explicit nudity or pornographic materials in profile pictures. Content that crosses these lines will be blurred or deleted.
• Must respect privacy: You must not include private information in your content, such as personal contact details, without the individual's explicit consent. For example, images with phone numbers, emails, or website links will be removed.

3. Verification of Content

To maintain trust on the platform, we manually review each submission before it goes live. Advertisers, models, or agencies may be required to provide additional verification (such as ID or specific verification photos) to prove the authenticity of their profiles and content. Profiles that pass this process will receive a Verified status, helping potential clients trust that the individual they see in the ad is the same person they will meet.

• For agencies or clubs, we require that all profiles submitted must represent unique individuals. Duplicate profiles, or the same individual appearing multiple times under different ads, will be removed.
• You can submit verification photos through your user account, and they will be used for internal verification purposes only—they will never be publicly displayed.

4. Moderation and Removal of Content

We reserve the right to moderate and review all user-submitted content to ensure it complies with our guidelines and terms. In the event your content does not meet our standards, we may:

• Remove or edit your content without prior notification.
• Suspend or terminate your account if we find repeated violations, such as the use of fake profiles, spam, or the uploading of prohibited material.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you can contact our support team to discuss the issue.

5. Reporting Content

We aim to maintain a respectful and transparent environment for all users. If you come across content that seems fraudulent, misleading, or violates any of our terms, please use the 'Report Fake' button located on the profile or content. Our team will investigate and take action within seven business days, often much sooner.

7. Duration and Termination of Rights

You are free to remove your content from the platform at any time by deleting it from your user account. Upon deletion, the rights we hold to your content will automatically terminate. However, you understand that due to the nature of the internet and digital distribution, some copies of your content may still exist in archived or cached versions of our platform or third-party services for a period of time.

Additionally, even if your account is terminated or deleted, we may retain certain content or account information for legal, regulatory, or business reasons as allowed by applicable law.
